1. Who you are contracting with

Bob (the "Service") is operated by underdogdesign ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with underdogdesign.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use Bob, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you have the authority to enter into these Terms and are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. The Service

Bob helps you assess whether links, messages, images, audio or files look like scams or phishing. Verdicts are informational and may be inaccurate. You remain responsible for your own decisions and must verify important matters independently. Bob is not legal, financial or professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• upload malware or attempt to probe, scan, or interfere with the Service's security;
• scrape, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service;
• circumvent technical limits, plan quotas, or access controls.

5. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, models, branding and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Payments, subscriptions, taxes and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, currency, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for details on requesting a refund.

8. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where underdogdesign is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
