Bob, operated by underdogdesign, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact our support team from the app and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.

After the refund window

After 30 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep Pro access until then.
